R160V天井钻机吸收了国外同类产品先进设计理念并充分考虑到国内矿山对大直径井的工艺需求，是一款具有灵活的履带行走能力，具备硬岩作业能力的智能化天井钻机，其作业效率高、安全可靠、操作灵活，是我国地下矿山天井安全掘进必备的数字化装备。其钻孔直径覆盖2.5m~4.5m，钻孔深度可达400m，整机重量约25T。
R160V RBM leverages the advanced design concepts of similar foreign products and fuly takes into account the large raise diameter requirements of domestic mines. it is an intelligent raise boring machine with fiexible crawer walking ablty and hard rock operation ablity, featuring high operation efficiency salely, relabity and flexibity. it is a necessary digital equipment for sale excavation of raise in underground mines in China.ts dirling diameter coverage can reach 2.5m ~ 4.5m, the drilling depth can achieve up to 400m, and the weight of the whole machine is about 25T.

钻杆&稳定杆
Drill pipe & stabilizer bar
R160V搭配采用等强度设计理念的组合式(接头体+管体)钻杆，接头体采用厚壁管体材料，提高螺纹强度，管体采用薄壁管体材料，提高钻杆整体的柔性。
R160V is pnovided with a combined (adapier+ pp) drill rod, of which the adapter is made of thick-wall material to improve thread strength while the pipe is made of thin-wall material to improve overall flexibility.
刀盘
The knife dish
刀盘采用模块化设计，由拉杆、中心箱体、刀、刀座、滚刀五个模块单元组成，刀瓣与中心箱体之间为螺栓连接，通过更换刀瓣即可实现刀盘直径为3.5m、4m、4.5m切换，通过更换滚刀即可实现硬岩或者软岩作业。方便现场检修更换零部件，便于拆装下井。
With module design, cutter head is composed of pull rod, center box, blade, holder, and hob. Blades and center box are bolt-connected, so switchover of cutter head diameters 3.5m, 4m, and 4.5m can be realized through replacement of blades and that between hard rock and soft rock operations through replacemenl ot hob. Besides, it is convenient for maintenance and replacement of parts and components and for disassembly before down-hole operation.
