输送机驱动选型

电机三角带倒轴驱动：

优点：价格低廉，使用方便，维修简单。

缺点：过载能力差，过载时会打滑，占用空间，机械传递效率低。

适用范围：短距离的小型输送机。

Motor V-belt beaming Driver:

Advantage: competitive of price, easy of use; simple of maintainance.

Disadvantage: Overload capacity is poor, and it will slip when overloaded. Also it occupies too much space and low of transmission efficiency.

Scope：Small short-haul belt conveyor.

 

电机三角带与F系列减速机驱动：

优点：结构较紧凑，抗冲击能力强，过载能力强，经久耐用，维护较方便，可用于工况条件变化大的场合。

缺点：造价较高，占用空间。

适用范围：矿山、碎石厂等恶劣环境。

优点：结构紧凑，易于安装使用，使用方便，价格较低。

缺点：维修困难，更换复杂。

适用范围：中短距离的输送机，对检修时间要求不严格的场合。

Advantage: Its compact structure, easy to install, convenient to use and more lower price.

Disadvantage: Difficult to maintain and complex to replace.

Scope: Middle and short-haul belt conveyor, and occasions for Its maintainance time which is not strictly required.

 

K系列减速机驱动：

优点：结构较紧凑，空心轴输出易于安装，对中性好，机械传递效率高，运行稳定，不易出故障。

缺点：价格较高。

适用范围：中长距离、大运量、高功率的输送机。

K series Reducer Driver:

适用范围：长距离、大运量、高功率及恶劣环境下使用的输送机。

Disadvantage: Its High price, and it also requires the hydraulic coupling and coupling and other accessories, and high technical requirements of installation.
